En Elly, a diaspora-dwelling Nigerian/EU citizen, recently released a new tune called Lord, I Trust You.
The R&B pop singer claimed that his inspiration came from his faith and confidence in God during a time when he was facing challenges and dealing with personal concerns.
After realizing that he couldn’t accomplish it on his own and that all of his attempts to find answers had failed, he decided to put all of his trust in God and allow him to take complete charge, as shown in the life of Job in the Bible and in the book of Proverbs 3:5–6.
Through the song, he wants to encourage everyone who is going through a difficult time in their life to trust God.
