Nigerian entertainer, Koffi Idowu-Nuel, popularly referred to
as Koffi, has lost his 68-year old father, Raheem Alao Idowu to the
cold hands of death.
According to reports, Koffi’s dad passed away about two days ago
after battling a brief illness and was buried on the day after according
to Islamic rites.

The sad incidence is coming days after the comedian began shooting
for his new TV show, Awada Express, which features top entertainers like
Mercy Aigbe Gentry, Alibaba, Gbenga Adeyinka 1st, Saidi Balogun, Ronke
Ojo Anthony, Princess and Omobaba among many others.
Koffi’s journey to the top as a professional standup comedian began in
2003 when he auditioned for the famous Nigerian comedy event “Night of a
thousand laughs” and was chosen as one of the four qualifiers to
perform at the annual concert from a total of thirty four talents.
